Vulcan’s charitable contributions through the Vulcan Materials Company Foundation are focused on support of education, environmental stewardship, and encouraging employee involvement in charitable activities. Our efforts include some 230 adopt-a-school programs nationwide, funding for numerous college scholarships, and providing facility tours for more than 25,000* people each year. Many of the people touring our facilities are schoolchildren who visit a Vulcan quarry in conjunction with earth science studies.
